Access to all amenities of the clubhouse including pool. Close to the turnpike for easy commute. Our meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse. Today most people skip this beautiful piece of music for expediency, and it is a shame since it holds truth in their words today just as they did in 1938 when he wrote them. (The original song was written in1918) Let us take a moment this Holiday to reflect on and share our gratitude for living in a truly amazing country!

July 9th, 2012 admin Remember SWR HOA meeting is July 17 at 6:30 PM.
With all the rain the grass and shrubs look great. The vacant lots were finally mowed last week. The Board is going to approach Tirso to have them mowed every two weeks April to October. As it stands now we have to contact him when it is needed and that is not working. I guess you have seen the guard house renovation and the new landscaping. The Board is going to have a ribbon cutting this month so the residents can so you can see for yourselves. They plan to have an ice cream truck there also. Brighthouse is ahead of schedule and should be ready in July.
