Beginning this month a revamp of the Guardhouse will begin. The construction is expected to last about two weeks and during that time a temporary structure will be in place for the guards. It will be located in front of the planter and will have a temporary Stop Sign in place for visitors to Magnolia pointe. The guards will still have access to the computer system during this period. On the inside the floor, cabinets, and counter will all be replaced along with a new AC system and door. The board will decide on a new landscape plan this month for the area around and leading to the guardhouse.
