As a safety measure for all residents, the Board of Directors adopted a towing policy. This opens the possibility for vehicles to be towed from Magnolia Pointe. Our hope is to never have to use this tool available to us, and it will be used when public safety issues are a concern, or repeat offenses. Parking on any street in Magnolia Pointe directly across from another vehicle, impedes the flow of traffic, and both vehicles will be subject to towing, as are commercial vehicles. Parking on any grass area, including right of ways, setbacks, and common areas are violations and the vehicle is also subject to being towed. Each Association may adopt rules to help control traffic in it is area.
