It is a great time to get out and enjoy the amenities Magnolia Pointe has to offer.  Keep in mind that during the Florida dry season the lake level can be low and the boat ramp is vulnerable to wash outs.  Please do not use “power loading” to get the boat back on the trailer.  This will help ensure the ramp remains open for all to use.  The warmer temperatures also encourage to kids to get out and away from the TV, so be sure to keep an eye out while driving through the neighborhoods.  Wishing all a great Valentine’s Day!
