The guardhouse makeover is almost complete and Magnolia Pointe will soon have a completely new look to the entrance. The board and guards thank you for your patience during the process. We utilized part of the reserves for the guardhouse to make this possible, there has been no major work done to the area since it was built 13 years ago. With the addition of technology over the years it was looking cluttered and unorganized; it also generates a lot of heat in a small space. A new air conditioner was added to keep the equipment (and guards) comfortable and in working order. New signs are being placed at the entrance (and exit) to help direct visitors, replacing and repair of the tiled roof, and a new landscape design will transform the outside. We anticipate that all the work will be complete by the second week of June.
