Magnolia Pointe is having a Community Open House for realtors and FSBO’s to attempt to sell all remaining vacant properties. It will be held on Sunday November 6th and November 13th from 1:00 to 4:00pm each day. The Lakefront Section will be leaving the gates open to visitors who wish to attend the Open Houses. It is in everyone’s best interest to get these properties sold and new neighbors into them. Please instruct your children to be extra careful on the street those 2 days, as there is likely to be abnormally high traffic flow.
