The year is flying by already, and now is the time to prepare your house for the warm weather ahead. Replace the air filter in the AC unit – maybe have it tuned up to help get the maximum life out it as well. Make sure your lawn is fertilized and ready to take on the temperatures headed our way. Of course remember to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather that March brings – Baseball Spring Training, Strawberry Festival, Epcot Flower & Garden, Universal’s Mardi Gras, Enjoy a pint at the Downtown Pub, go see “Blithe Spirit” at Moonlight Players, Bike the West Orange Trail, or just take a walk – Central Florida has so many options, so enjoy the spring, and we will see you around the neighborhood!
