The annuals have been replaced with perennials and a few annuals for extra color. This will reduce our need to replace these areas every quarter, and help to conserve our precious resources. Once these items are established, they will help protect the area from weeds, and be easier to maintain.

The Palm in front of the guardhouse is being inspected for disease. If the situation is as feared, we will have the tree removed to prevent it from spreading to the others. For now our mantra is “Save the palm.” We will keep you updated as we learn more.
