Please use caution around the dock area, a 4 foot gator has been spotted. He was ‘visiting’ some fishermen earlier this week. Keep kids and small animals away from the edge of the water. (Not really the reason the dock will be closed)

The Master Association is moving forward with plans to refurbish the parking lot at the dock area. This will mean the parking lot and ramp will be closed to all traffic for several days. Once the lot is closed it cannot be reopened until the project is complete. Exact dates will be shared as soon as the contract is signed and vendor has it scheduled. We are trying to avoid the Easter Holiday and Spring Breaks.
