Nick Pagano and the Landscape Committee have been busy this month regardless of the heat. The Vacant Lots will all be mowed by the time you receive this Newsletter, we have contracted to have the diseased Washingtonian Palm on Chateau Pineway, and we were fortunate the Fusarium Blight apparently did not spread to any of our other Palms. The long idle sprinkler system around the Clubhouse has been activated and we will now be able to plant Flowers to improve the landscape. We are also planning for future repairs in and around the Clubhouse.
The Landscaping Committee is also preparing a plan to trim all the Palms in Sweetwater.
The World of Homes lawsuit has been settled. We have established a Committee to evaluate all the Townhomes and Common Areas to establish a schedule for Future Reserve Expenditures.
Mel and his Committees are in their final review of our Governing Documents.
