By the time you receive this month’s Newsletter we will have celebrated Thanksgiving and had our second Residents Meeting for the month of November. In the second meeting this evening the Board of Directors will finalize the 2012 Sweetwater Budget. Mr. Phil Masi, Vice President of Brown & Brown will be in attendance to explain the increase in our yearly Insurance Budget and answer any questions our Residents and Board Members might have.

The Pool Table Cover was replaced, new Pool Sticks added, along with some shrubbery at the Entrance.

The Committee in charge of the Covenants, By-Laws, Rules, Regulations, etc. rewrite is hoping to finalize their work in the month of December. Many Thanks for their long and tedious effort.

The Committees will keep things running over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays until our next meeting, which will be the Annual Meeting to be held on January 17, 2012.

There will be no December Meeting, so from all the Sweetwater Residents,
