Remember the June 19 meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting is July 17 in the Sweetwater clubhouse.
You have noticed we have started to fill in the cracks, removed the rust marks and painted those areas. At this time the 4 oldest units are being done. More units will follow based on the Reserve schedule. The Board is checking on what type of trees to replace the dead ones that were removed.
You should have received a welcome letter from Bright House. Their target date is mid-August.
