The Sweetwater Ridge Members Meeting will be held on Tuesday 15 May 2012, please try to attend. Our North Well Pump is finally installed correctly and working very well right now. The Landscape Committee will try to fine tune the system shortly. If you notice any areas that are not receiving proper irrigation please notify us. The recent rain helped quite a bit, but we are still way behind. We will be replacing Palm Trees that have been removed. Also we are starting to touch up the Paint on the Units and preparing for repainting of the Older Units in accordance with our Reserve Schedule.

The damaged tile at the Pool has been replaced. The Revised Documents are being finalized and will be sent to the Members shortly. That’s All Folks ~ Ron
