Happy Holidays Lakefront neighbors!

Thanks to all of you that attended our Annual Meeting in November. We finalized the officers of our Board, approved the 2011 Budget, and discussed several other items. The key news from the meeting is as follows:
• No increase in assessments in 2012. We will remain at $650 annually.
• We have decided to move from Sentry Management to CAM Lake County as our Management Company in 2012. There are several benefits associated with this decision none the least being that Cathy and Scott Blankenship (owners of CAM Lake County) live in our neighborhood. We thank Sentry for their service and look forward to a great experience with CAM Lake County.
• Due the aforementioned change, Cathy Blankenship has resigned her position on our Board. Thanks to Cathy for her outstanding contributions during the time she has served on our Board.
• To replace Cathy, Ben Gurbb has offered his service and has been appointed to the Board. We appreciate Ben stepping up and look forward to his participation.
• Our Board has been set for 2012 and is as follows:

• We have finalized a decision to make significant improvement to our Lakefront Entrance. We will be installing a state of the art RFID access system combined with video surveillance and upgraded appearance. This will enhance safety and security of our neighborhood going forward. Please be patient with the changes and we will do our best to make this a smooth transition. More info to come.
