Hopefully you were able to attend and enjoy the Halloween festivities in our neighborhoods during October. The turnout was great and all had fun!

Pizza Social and Annual Meeting – November is the month that we hold our Annual Meeting. This year it will be held on Thursday, November 17th. The Pizza Social will begin at 5:30pm followed by the meeting at 6:30pm. You will soon be receiving Proxy information in the mail pertaining to the meeting. We look forward to seeing you there.

We are still in the process of making a decision on how to cost effectively tie our gate into the front entrance improvements to reinforce and improve safety, security, and the esthetics of our Lakefront Gate area. There will be more information on our decision in at the Annual Meeting.
