Greetings, with the new entry system we have been able to gather most of the e-mail addresses for the neighborhood. Please know that this information is only for communication from the Boards and will not be shared with anyone outside of the Management Company or Board of Directors.

Thank you to those that came out for the Get to Know Your Neighbor Pizza Party. We had fun conversation, pizza, salad, cookies, and all thanks to Jim & Robyn Rahman and Cheryl Sandwell! Look for the announcement of our next event coming soon.

At the last Board meeting a policy was adopted for fines set forth in our docs. Also a parking policy was adopted, to help ensure the roads are passable by Emergency Vehicles at all times, including overnight. A letter will be sent to all homeowners regarding these policies along with the procedures for implementation moving forward.

The board asked for proposals for lighting the first round about as you enter the Custom Section, and it is simply not feasible for us to consider this large of a project in 2011. We may consider portions of it for the 2012 budget.

We are looking at purchasing trashcans for placement on the common property to offer an alternative to the ground and neighbors yards –pending ARB approval.

Spring-cleaning is on the way; sod will be coming, sidewalks pressured washed, fountain spruced up, and flowers blooming. The water feature will soon be visible again. We are having the plants around the waterfall removed and the iris will be replanted around the palm trees to give them an updated look.

Do you need to replace your sod this year? Zoysia is resistant to chinch bugs and requires 2/3 less water than St. Augustine. If interested in Zoysia, please e-mail Cary Amcher, VP of Custom HOA, at doc407@centurylink.net. We are working toward a volume discount, and look forward to the ‘greening up’ of the community. Each of us will need ARB approval for this change.
