From the MP Custom Association

A couple of housekeeping reminders….The tree at the street in front of a house needs to maintain a clearance of 9’, and at the sidewalk a minimum of 7’. Please take the last few days of spring to spruce up the house and make sure an emergency vehicle can make it down the street if needed.

When utilizing the pool, please remember to put the umbrella down when finished. By taking care of them properly, we will get more use from them in the long run. A typical afternoon storm downdraught can be more severe than that of a hurricane – and you would not leave them up in a hurricane!

Trespassing, infringing, encroaching, intruding – these are all words that describe a common occurrence. Mostly kids are cutting through the yards of other neighbors to get where they want to go as a shortcut. Along the way they trample landscaping and bushes. They have been known to knock on windows late at night to wake people in a panic. It may seem innocent, but several homeowners have expressed their concern over the behavior and it needs to stop. Parents may be held responsible for any damage done, including broken windows.

The next meeting will be Wednesday, July, 11 2012 at 6pm in the Clubhouse – we hope to see you there. Our Association manager can be reached by e-mail: Parveen@camlakecounty.com or phone: 352-404-4116.
