With the fountain flowing again, the board wishes to thank Jeff Ableman for all his hard work on this project.  Jeff saved the Association over $2500 in labor and parts.  He was able to correct a design flaw in the system from 12 years ago and extend the life of this amenity for many years to come.  The board is also considering other improvements to this area.  Our irrigation well pump has had a few challenges and we are in the process of getting that looked at and corrected. Thanks to Ron Gillis and Nick Pagano for helping with this project.

The Association is run by volunteers, and can always use help.  The board meets 6 times a year, at 6pm in the Clubhouse.  If you have any interest in helping, please join us at the next meeting.
