We are sending this notice out to all residents of Chateau Condominiums to let you know that we are in the process of scheduling painting and roof cleaning for each building. Work should begin within the next 30 days or so.
This is just a pre-planning notice; we have been told by the contractor that it will be approximately 2 weeks per building.
We will need the cooperation of everyone to make this project go as planned and to keep it on a timely schedule. Please watch for future notices to come and we will do everything possible to accommodate all residents.
