The fees to rent the clubhouse for Custom and Lakefront residents have been reduced to $200.00 from $400.00 -dues must be current in order to rent it, but is otherwise open to all residents.

The $200 fee includes 13 tables and 47 chairs that are available. The rental does not include use of the exercise room, library, billiard room or the pool. The porch area outside the door, next to the pool, is the designated smokers area. A refundable cleaning deposit of $250, along with the rental fee, is due when you make the reservation, which is available on a first-come basis.
