The Board is organizing a Community Wide get together. Pumpkin-carving contest, games for all ages, bounce house and slide for the younger crowd, BBQ supplied by Oakwood Smokehouse & Grill, and lots of fun!
GREAT Prizes will be awarded – like a credit on the First Quarter Dues, and gift certificates to local dining. Come out and get to know your neighbors, meet the Board, and share your ideas for future community amenities. We look forward to creating a new tradition for Magnolia Pointe residents.
